Due to continued growth, Excel Group is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to support our expanding portfolio of commercial and domestic clients throughout London and the South East.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems while delivering an exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.

• Complete service reports and required documentation.

• Advise customers on system performance and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations.

• Deliver a professional, reliable and customer-focused service.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.

• Valid F-Gas qualification.

• Relevant HVAC or air conditioning qualifications.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
