Excel Project Services successfully delivered one of its most challenging projects to date: the 83,150 sq. ft. CAT A to CAT B fit-out across five floors at Worship Square, a newly constructed building completed in January 2025. The ambitious project ran simultaneously across all floors within a tight 24-week programme, demonstrating Excel Project's ability to manage complex and high-pressure environments.
The scope of works included:
Extensive cellularisation to create meeting rooms, offices, and other functional spaces
Modifications to the existing 4-pipe fan coil unit system, including associated pipework and ductwork
Integration of grilles and diffusers to optimise airflow and meet the specific CAT B requirements
Installation of domestic water and above-ground drainage systems tailored to the tenant's operational needs
